Modeling sector requires products characterized by high fluidity and good mechanical properties. Polyurethane, epoxy resins and silicone rubbers are suitable for the application. Polyurethane and epoxy resins for modeling and for rapid prototipyng, silicone rubbers for the realization of the moulds.
Silicone rubbers are used in the modelling sector for moulds production to assure a faithful reproduction of original object shapes and details. The model is obtained by pouring into the moulds the resin or polyurethane rubber chosen for object replication.

Special bi-component pourable polyurethane resin. Characterized by low viscosity, high thermic resistance (up to 110°C), low linear shrinkage, quick demoulding, excellent definition. Suitable for producing demonstrative prototypes, foundry patterns (where it is required excellent wear resistance, dimensional stability and high precision), negatives, serial poured hand-made articles, copy models, blister, pilot vacuum thermoforming moulds or similar applications. The resin is pigmentable and highly filleable (using the charge AL 3 H it is possible to obtain low specific weight products). Single-component aliphatic polyurethane paint, hygrohardening (reticulates under effect of atmospheric moisture ), transparent and glazing paint. Characterized by high superficial hard, abrasion and chalking resistant due to long sun exposure.
Suitable for a lasting protection of every mural surface against aggression of chemical agents (acid and alkaline solutions, sea atmosphere, sulphurous anhydride, solvents, oils, etc…) and against concrete carbonation.
Anti-scratch high power.
After reticulation the product forms an anti-dust film that is very hard, elastic, transparent (anti-yellowing), it endures for a long time and writings or dirtiness are easy to clean (anti-writing paint) using strong detergents or organic solvents: KEMIEPUR 1K 20/240 opposes an impenetrable barrier against these substances.
