Concrete paver molds - polyurethane rubber for imitation stone flooring

Polyurethane thanks to their excellent mechanical and chemical properties, tearing strenght and easy delivery are suitable for the realization of moulds for the production of imitation stone and faux stone molds.

 

For the realization of moulds for concrete paver molds are used polyurethane rubbers (Hardness shore A 65, 70, 80, 90). The activity is to impress the stone geometry on the concrete surface, this is the reason why this type of technique is also called "stamped concrete".
