RTV2 Silicone rubbers curing by poly condensation process.

The ratio is usually 100:5 in weight, demoulding time can change from 3 to 24 h according to the type of catalyst used. The silicone rubber condensation base is divided into two families:

- high tear resistance (very strong silicone used for many applicative sectors such us artistics, architectural restoration, artistic candles, technical articles, artistic foundry)

- low tear resistance (used mainly for making mods for shoe industry)

SILIMOLD AL 10	Soft poly condensation silicone rubber (10 shore A). Mould making: Complex moulds for serial making of small sized resin objects (polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resin), plaster, wax, etc…Moulds for lost-wax foundries. Suitable for "glove peeling" delivery. Moulds for technical articles.
SILIMOLD AL 20	Medium hardness silicone rubber (20 shore A). High mechanical properties, suitable for the preparation of moulds with a considerable number of undercuts: reproduction of bronze statues (artistic foundry), serial reproduction of complex hand-made resin articles (polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resin), in plaster, natural and synthetic wax, cement (ex. statues, decorative garden articles, decorative candles, prototypes, decorative pottery, rosettes, cornices, imitation wood friezes, etc…). Moulds for technical articles. Mold making. Condensation silicone rubbers.
SILIMOLD AL 25	Medium hardness poly condensation silicone rubber (25 shore A). Mould: Suitable for making larger sized matrices than the ones obtainable with Silimold AL 10 and Silimold AL 20, the applicative sectors and the materials which can be used for objects reproduction are the same. Poly condensation curing.
SILIMOLD AL 40	Medium-high hardness poly condensation silicone rubber (40 shore A). Suitable for the reproduction of large-sized matrices.
SILIMOLD PX 30	Silicone molding putty pasty, flexible poly condensation silicone rubber. Mold: Can be modelled by hand, suitable for making vertical imprint moulds in the architectonic and monumental restoration field and in artistic foundry. Poly condensation reticulating.
SILIMOLD HT 60	High hardness poly condensation silicone rubber (60 shore A). Fluid. Owing to its high temperature resistance it is suitable for building flexible simple moulds for the reproduction of small sized low-melting point alloy objects, lead or tin.

SILIMOLD BLM 12	Low hardness silicone rubber (8 shore A). Fluid, suitable for making simple moulds for footwear.
SILIMOLD BVL 22	Low hardness silicone rubber (8-10 shore A). Very fluid, suitable for making simple moulds for footwear.
SILIMOLD BLD 26	Medium hardness silicone rubber (25 shore A). Suitable for making simple moulds for footwear. Good mechanical properties and good dimensional stability in the reproduction of medium-large-sized products.
SILIMOLD BLD D37	Hard silicone rubber (35 shore A). Suitable for making moulds for footwear, good dimensional stability also in the reproduction of medium-large-sized products.
