Self release polyurethane rubber for molding

Self release polyurethane rubbers are used for the realization of molds for cement, concrete or gypsum realizations where it is required an easy demoulding without the application of a release agent before each casting. The self release polyurethane rubbers contains, in the formulation, a certain amount of oil that migrates towards the surface of the mold providing an ease demoulding of the piece.

POLIMOLD HR Series

Hardness from 25 to 43 shore A. Not charged Series, self-releasing, oily (easy "delivery"). High fluidity, elasticity and mechanical strength, low specific gravity, very small linear shrinkage.
