The polyurethane rubbers can be pure or filled with special fillers. The pure series start from the hardness of 25 Shore A, up to 90 Shore A passing through 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 for many different specific applications, the filled series starts from 48 Shore A up to 70 Shore A used in particular in the field of sanitary ceramics for their peculiar predisposition for plaster and low shrinkage.

Hardness from 22 to 43 shore A. Polyurethane rubber for mold making. Not self-releasing series, no toxic, with high dimensional stability and no linear shrinkage. Suitable for realization of rubber technical articles, moulds for producing blaster, cement or wax products. See technical table

Polyurethane rubber POLIMOLD TR series |
Hardness from 37 to 53 Shore A. Polyurethane rubber for mold making. Charged Series, tool workable and waterproof (water doesn't change the physical and mechanical elastomer properties). It is a not toxic material with high dimensional stability and no linear shrinkage. Suitable for realization of moulds for producing precasted cement elements (large-sized also), sanitary fixtures, decorative stuccos, plaster, cement, wax hand-made articles. The polyurethane rubbers can also be brushable or spryable.
